Insurance and Payment

Many of our patients do not carry a dental insurance policy and we happily accept cash, check and major credit cards for payment. In addition, we also work together with third party organizations that offer financing.

CareCredit also offers special financing options and patients can apply directly at www.carecredit.com/apply or in our office. 

We accept all PPO dental plans in our office. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate coverage in good faith, but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Costs for any treatment rendered are ultimately the patient's responsibility. It is also the responsibility of patients to inform us of any changes to insurance coverage.

Estimated patient portions must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services. If claims are not paid within 60 days, patients are responsible for the balance. If a balance is carried on an account for more than 90 days a 21% finance charge will apply monthly to the principal balance. We are always available to answer any questions regarding insurance, payments, and third party financing options.
